Moderate Alcohol Use: The Heterogeneity of Abstention


Robert Lipton is working in several areas at PRC. He received a NIAAA grant to study abstention and physical and mental health. He is also involved in the SSG group at PRC, conducting geospatial research on alcohol and violence and writing book chapters on spatial analysis. Several spatial grants are currently in development. Further, he is writing on causal issues in the social sciences.
His training is in epidemiology, anthropology, and philosophy.
